Rules and advices





1. No Owners Present

Dogs remain in the salon without their owners, as their presence negatively affects the dogs’ behavior during grooming.

2. Health and Safety Standards

The salon adheres to health and safety regulations. All tools and surfaces are regularly disinfected.

3. Appointment Information

When booking an appointment, owners must inform the salon staff of any behavioral, health, or allergy issues, as well as the dog’s past grooming experiences. If no information is provided, the groomer will assume the dog has no issues.

4. Owner Responsibility

Owners are obligated to inform the groomer of any health issues the dog may have, including medications it is taking.

5. Liability

The salon is not responsible for any deterioration in the dog’s health if the owner has withheld relevant information.

6. Fleas

If a dog is found to have fleas, the owner will bear the costs of de-infestation and any losses incurred by the salon.

7. Infectious Diseases

If symptoms of an infectious disease are noticed during the visit, the service will be terminated, and the owner will be called to collect the dog, incurring the full cost of the visit.

8. Complaints

Any comments or complaints regarding the service must be submitted within 24 hours.

9. Treats

Groomers may give dogs training treats during grooming. If the dog cannot or should not receive such treats, owners must notify the salon prior to the service.

10. Health Concerns

If the dog’s health raises concerns, the salon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the appointment.

11. Non-Cooperative or Aggressive Dogs

If the dog does not cooperate, is aggressive, overly stressed, or unaccustomed to tools like the hairdryer, the groomer may stop the service and call the owner to pick up the dog. In such cases, the owner will bear the full cost of the visit.

12. Appointment Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment via phone or SMS at +31 0648039855. Clients who fail to cancel less than 24 hours before their appointment and do not show up are required to pay 50% of the estimated grooming cost.

13. Punctuality

Clients are required to arrive on time. A delay of up to 15 minutes is allowed if the salon is informed in advance.

14. Coat Condition

If the dog’s coat is in very poor condition, previously agreed grooming details may be subject to change.

15. Mat Removal

Detangling mats is treated as an additional paid service, with pricing determined individually during an on-site consultation. The groomer may refuse to perform mat removal if the dog is aggressive.

16. Promotional Use of Images

By using the salon’s services, you agree to the use of your pet’s image for promotional and advertising purposes.

17. Shaving Risks

Owners opting for a very short shave acknowledge potential risks, including coat damage, cuts, irritation, burns, and frostbite depending on weather conditions. The groomer may refuse to perform the service if they determine it could negatively impact the dog’s health or well-being.
